Roblox studio can be used for two intentions:
1) Making Roblox games for fun or in hopes to get devex (money from the robux earned).
2) Erotic roleplayers go on studio to attract other erotic roleplayers who play games (sexual adult games where you can have sex, with no chat/text filter) in Roblox Studio that are never published to avoid Roblox moderation. Although this is much less likely than the first one, it may be possible in some cases where it is clear they are breaking TOS or are associated with other TOS breakers. (This depends on user to user, when using this definition of the word make it exceptionally clear they are breaking TOS).

Condo games are usually uncategorized and more secretive, so it is important to list the characteristics of a Roblox condo. There are also other games that are secretive and uncategorized but enable camera options for players to show inappropriate things. They are more rare though.
