The term "Cold Chilling" refers to a turkey or chicken when you by it at the supermarket and it is chilling in a refridgerator of some sort. The turkey is "cold chilling". To use it in average talk, you would use it as a substitute for relaxing or being lazy.

Get the Be More Chillmug. Used when someone starts acting up and you need them to calm down. “Chill on the kid” can sometimes be used in a lighthearted way (Example 1 below). The phrase can also be used in a serious setting when you need someone to stop doing what they’re doing (Example 2 below).

Dan: “John’s snapping the same girl over and over for the past few minutes just tell her you like her already”
John: “Yo chill on the kid”
