paycheck baller

a person who lives paycheck to paycheck. Unlike a deadbeat baller, a paycheck baller has regular bills that they pay but still manages to squander their paycheck before the next paycheck.

Bartender: There is a $20 minimum on cards.
Guy: Credit card minimums don't scare me! I'm a paycheck baller. Now who wants a shot?
