Used as a verb. To describe someone flinging their body like a rag doll. Mainly refers to launching off big jumps, getting shot out of a cannon, bounced off a trampoline, or being flung off of catapult. Generally refers to action sports like snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking, skiing, etc.

Whoa!! Did you see Johnny "huck" himself off that cliff on a mountain bike? He looked like an out of control rag doll but still stomped the landing.
