Rizzard of Oz

A slang term with the root of "Rizz", a slang term short for charisma, or the ability to charm a person, typically a girl.
This is joke term used to define someone charismatic, or one with "Rizz", usually in a comical way. This is a play on the 1939 film "The Wizard of Oz".

Sure enough, as the Rizzard of Oz walked into the room, all the girls turned to check him out.

Oz effect

a poltical termonology for the effect in American politics where once a canadaite wins a close primary, they are in a weaker position then if they won by a larger amount. the word Oz effect refers to celebrity doctor mehmet Oz winning the Pennsylvania republican primary for senate by lesss then 1000 votes in a primary where nearly 1.4 million votes where cast. This election was not resolved until nearly 3 week after the election leaving oz badly damaged for the general election.

Oz jazz

(noun) a genre of music that is comprised primarily of jazz components (e.g. instrumentation, improvisatory, etc.) but pulls in components of other genres (typically metal or electronica) that gives it a sound that would be at home in the fictional land of Oz.

This term is used to show that someone has a lot of rizz. It is the combining of the term rizz and the book The Wizard of Oz, it is just a title that someone gives themself or others to say they have rizz, like the title Rizzly Bear.

No canadian's gonna spell reggae that wrong and get away with it, go hunt a moose or something

Anyways, 40 oz to freedom is a banger song and album by sublime. One of my favorite songs on the album is their rendition of Scarlet Begonias.
