1. A storage-building WHERE they keep clothing --- i.e., "WEAR", like underWEAR, beach-WEAR, outerWEAR, etc.
2. A similar enclosure WHERE they test said WEAR to see if it stands up to fairly-vigorous WEAR-and-tear, such as yanking, scraping over da ground, piling da garments with heavy items, stretching by exercising//running with them, and so on.
