Trenny 

A transtrender; someone who claims to be a transgender without having been diagnosed with Gender Dysphoria, often because they believe it makes them appear enlightened or holier-than-thou.

Person A: "Man" and "Woman" are SUCH outdated terms. We are all whatever we decide to be.

Person B: Have you been diagnosed with Gender Dysphoria?

Person A: What?

Person B: You are such a trenny.

Trenny 

A transgender woman (or man) that takes the anabolic steroid trenbolone. Typically much more muscular and vascular than a normal transgender person.
