Sybreed

A kickass industrial / cyber metal band (the name itself being a portmanteau of "synthetic" and "breed") founded in 2003 after the ashes of the previous band, Rain, which included most of the same members, most notably vocalist and keyboardist Benjamin Nominet and kickass guitarist Thomas "Drop" Betrisey.
Their music largely touched base on transhumanism and bleak futures, as well as other tough topics.
The band, unfortunately, broke up in 2013, with Drop forming Obsydians and Benjamin forming Shadow Domain (Both great bands!)

If you like bands such as Fear Factory or Mnemic, or even Meshuggah, give Sybreed a listen, dammit!
