Mentally up to the Challenge - Going above and beyond, actively doing the work in a reasonable time, finding efficiencies where possible and acting upon them.
Emotionally Invested - Going over the top, running around doing work as if your life depends on it, it affects your day if work doesn't get done (like the england football fans when they lost the world cup). Responding to emails at 10 o'clock at night.
