A cultured white person, who understands black culture, but maintains white pride. Used by Atlanta area members of a gang called the "Cracker Side Nackers" to refer to each other on the streets.

The word nacker comes from a group off people who killed horses in ireland and brouht them to there yards and made glue out of them. Hence the phrase nacker yard. The smell was bad so most people who smelt bad were called nackers again hence the travillin people.
