This describes a dominant Basketball player who is godtiers above other Sideleagues such as the HBL and IHBL. If a HBA Player enters one of these leagues the league is instantly ruined for everyone else

Rusty:Yo I think im going to get a ring this year we got really good players!
Aetius:No man for that to happen we'd have to ban all the HOBA Players
