It is a reference to an episode of The Simpsons (S07E24, Homerpalooza), where a member of the band Cypres Hill, in response to a question about what the concert is about, says "That, and getting toasted, nicely toasted."
Breville is an appliance brand in Australia that makes sandwich toasters. A breville is slang in Australia for a toasted sandwich.

Branchville High School is a small school in the middle of no where in South Carolina you can find about 15-20 squatted shitboxes in the parking lot and about 4-5 disposables in each stall You can normally find some of South Carolina’s biggest hoes here bc they be fucking anything with 2 legs so if you can’t get layed here you prolly gonna be a virgin till you 32 you can pass pretty much any class here bc the teachers just want you to leave
