A term predominantly confined to the South, in particular Atlanta, GA, used to describe a glass stem (aka: rose, shooter, straight shooter) usually 4-6 inches in length, which is used to smoke crack cocaine. Users display an almost pathological attachment to such devices, due to the high levels of residue aka: push, contained therein, guarding them like angry crack bees in front of a drug hive.
