UwUer

An UwUer is someone or something that has the "UwU" expression very often if not always. Someone or something doing a "OwO" or any other variant also counts as long as its done very often and has the W in the expression. an UwUer can be any person, any fictional character or any object. A Uzi plush is a great example and if you painted a "OwO" on your fridge. It would count because its there permanently until you remove it.

Person 1: Hey i got the Murder Drones Uzi plush.
Person 2: you got the UwUer? I love that UwUer and wish i had one myself.
Person 1: Uzi's plush is a true UwUer
