Scumcunt

The most vile and reprehensible person. A person who is so bereft of common sense, intelligence that it exemplifies evil in human form. Often this refers to the elitist class, including but not limited to politicians, monarchs throughout history, and other famous people that have done and/or said deplorable things.

Origin: 18th century Scottish Coalminer vernacular used to describe the most detestable noblemen that abused the working class.
