Noble People of Color

A racial slur that refers to "people of color."
And if his moral weakness can be contrasted with a succession of noble people of color, including a madonna-like illegal Salvadoran immigrant, a lusty black preacher, a "reformed" gang leader and a prejudice-battling Vietnamese Legal Aid attorney, then you have a show that is p.c. to a fault.

People of no color

White Man 1 - "I'm going into the wilderness this weekend to do some fishing, camping, shooting wildlife, then I'm going to build an underground survival bunker in the woods - just in case Russia starts some crap"
Black Man 1 - "You're doing some real people of no color shit".
White Man 1 - "Don't you all fish, hunt, camp and practice your survival skills?"
Black Man 1 - "No way, I'm listening to some tuneage, pimping my car, then going to a house party this weekend"

People of Color

Any People of a Race who are Not Caucasian in the United States.

Origin is Vague - but it came into Vogue during the 2020 Presidential Race by the DNC to Broaden It's Base.

The DNC was losing some Black Constituents and the RNC had made gains in the Hispanic community - so a New Race-Based Denomination was penned. I had not realized how Broadly Used the Phrase had been used until News Cast began refering to People of Oriental Descent a "People of Color".
It is a common misleading statement that Racism against People of Color is Prevalent in the United States.
