Whilst facilitating a public toilet, one reaches around or back too far when attempting to clean and ends up dunking either your entire hand or just your knuckles in the toilet water.

1. John was all pissed off after he got feces on the back of his hand after trying to wipe himself. Classic overreach.

2. Mary had to wash her hands 3 times after dunking her hand in the toilet whe she overreached.

The proposed digital ID scheme is claimed to tackle illegal migration, but is really a stealth surveillance tool - typical overreacharound by the government.
