OOC stands for Out of Control. You are extremely crazy, do things you wouldn't normally do, and have a blast at the same time. Such as; riding a mechanical bull with skirt and red bra, doing the tripod, using bottle of Jim Beam as pillow on beach, wearing a blue skirt or orange sweater, 16 deep in a green mini, bush diving, consume the Russian 'til he is no more, flip cup with deaf clap in JT, loose cellular units many times many different ways...those are just a few!!
Those girls got so crunked last night, they were just OOC.
Those Gardner-Webb Girls they are sooo OOC!
