Nagivator

The annoying person sitting next to or behind the driver of a vehicle that thinks they know more about how to drive and offers criticism and other driving tips.

When we go on a trip, I'm the driver and my wife is the nagivator.

A back-seat driver, someone who regularly criticizes and/or nags the operator of a moving motor vehicle, many times a relative.

My mother-in-law is the classic nagivator.
