A Molly Rant is a verbose monologue in which the speaker (the Molly) outlines the for the audience the numerous, usually obvious, flaws with certain concept (the subject of the Molly Rant). The subject is generally a new/revised product, law or digital rights management scheme.

A long winded complaint about minor subjective imperfections in a product, a process, or a person without adequate understanding of the entirety of the subject and without any logic or basis in fact. It is preferably delivered via audio format in a high pitched fast-paced voice without interruption - not even to take a breath.
