A word used to describe a mental behavior to always try and be positive. A new word used by the future generation to be positive.

I went hiking today and I felt it was an up-moving experience.

ball up move

When someone tries to swindle their way out of making a full payment by taking what money they do have and balling it up hoping it will delay you from counting their payment until they have managed to slink away.

Im onto this new ball up move you little crooks be running around Mesa trying on people...early start to ruining you reputation to save a couple dollars...your ass isn't going to get away with shorting me.
