lowend

The lowend is what we call the area in Chicago from 22nd to 55th from state street to the lake front. We use the term from state to the lake also to descibe the lowend. most of the lowend were chicago housing projects {CHA} which were low income housing. They have all been tore down and replaced by mixed income communities.

We are going to a party on the lowend.
