An American slang term from prison to for anyone who is in control of a prison bitch and often uses them as their bottom.

Outside of prison it generally defines homosexuals who are the top in a homosexual relationship, usually used by former prisoners, regardless of color of ether the top or bottom.

Friend: Nice to see you outta the big house brotha, you make sure you didn't drop the soap?
