CGTD stands for Could Get The Dick. A common term created by waiters at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The origin of CGTD was to confuse the costumer while talking about the "Fine lil Shawty" that is most likely on a date with some loser that has a lot of money.

CGTD gas also been used as a pick up line. The best was to accomplish this task you must keep the definition a secret. The girls that this has worked with aren't the sharpest stones so it wont be hard.
