A person who follows other people around thinking they are friends. Yet in reality the group does not like the person following them around.

Marie: oh my god here we go again. She’s so annoying

Lacey: why is she always following us around???!
Marie: i know she’s such a begfriend omggg wtfff.

Someone who's YOUR friend, but tries to befriend one of YOUR other friends (that he/she doesn't actually know by the way as they've only met each other a few times)

She tried to begfriend my other friend when they aint even "friends"
