A person who's generally delusional and a day-dreamer. Person who flexes unreal occurance of events. A bitchy person that claims he/she has achieved everything in life and proclaim himself/herself as a celebrity or a god. Such individuals are generally artistic but they do not hone upto the mark skills to show off.
