Jamie Effect

The Jamie Effect refers to the act by restaurant staff of putting Jamie Cullum music to cause a change the tempo/mood of the night causing people to ask for their bill and leaving the restaurant. Jamie Cullum effect doesnt work because the music is bad but rather due to it amazing ability to cause a mood change/ tempo change within the restaurant instantaneously. The Jamie Effect is used by the restaurant staff as a polite method of indicating to the remaining customers that it is now time to leave.

"we need to jamie it up asap"

"oh man the jamie effect isnt working tonight, its too loud in here"

An unusual phenomenon where a large group of people remember something differently than how it occurred. This effect originated in 2010 when a women posted a picture on facebook of a box of Nilla Wafers with the caption, "I love Manilla Wafers!" Thousands then came forward swearing the brand was "Manilla Wafers", hence dubbing the now famous Manilla Effect

The Charlotte Effect

The process of which time ceases to exist when one individual spends time someone who suffers from the disorder, known as Hunter Syndrome. The condition appley named after it's first sufferer. The condition is mostly noticed during a period where fun should radiate from the situation where in fact it is instead like a black hole.
