When someone's mind is messed up and keep thinking multiple things jumping from one to one another

I am so busy right now and I have started to jumping nonsensely. Thinking about whether or not my boyfriend really suits me and do I really have time to be in a relationship.

Jumping The Dog

A slang idiom meaning to unintentionally or recklessly cause someone’s death; manslaughter. Often used in casual conversation as a figurative or euphemistic way to describe a fatal accident or negligent killing.

Example 1:
"I can’t believe what happened last night… the guy totally jumped the dog, and now he’s in serious trouble."

Example 2:
"They’re saying it was an accident, but it still counts as jumping the dog. Tragic."

Example 3:
"Man, I heard about that fight… someone really jumped the dog over there. Crazy."
