A person of limited income or resources that can use their "street cred," or reputation, to pull off amazing purchases, usually in high stakes trading within the drug or black market. All types of creative financing schemes may be used, but must be beneficial to all parties involved on a continuous basis (90%) to obtain the rank of Ghetto Jedi.

An urban trick for hoping fences, where you jump, grab the ledge of the fence or wall and pull yourself into a flip over the fence or wall. Its pretty much a front flip over the fence. It is quite easy to accomplish. It decreases the time taken to hop it by ALOT

like normal 'potions', 'ghetto potion' helps cures sickness. ingredients include basic vegetables, noodles, and most important chicken! being that chicken is the African Americans most stereotypical favored food, thats where the word 'ghetto' comes from.
