Two simple words only cool people can use. When you once use it you get stuck and can't make a sentence without it. In German it's "ohne Witz".

Smoke and Joke

How junior enlisted while away their service time: smoking cigarettes and joking around with each other. Typically done in small groups when on break, standing post, or at quarters.

See those embassy guards standing post at the gate? They smoke cigarettes and bullshit all day. Smoke and joke. Most of them will never make rank.
