We call that getting "one manned" or "one man'd"

If a man who is gay who identifies as a woman and likes MEN meets a woman who is a lesbian who identifies as a man who likes WOMEN get into a relationship, would it be gay or straight? for a heterosexual relationship involves a party with the opposite sex. Thus creating the current state of the Gay Man's Paradox.
