Toni originated from Italy, although lately Dutch Toni's are taking over. It is unlikely that there are other foreign Toni's, although there may be Toni wannabe's that have similar characteristics.

He manually claims videos on as low as 30,000 views that have generated less than $1 of income, and used 10 seconds of his song. He has not been able to write another globally successful song since, and likely will not need to, since he has stolen so much money from YouTubers.
