A date date is not just a casual date, whereby the participants get just a drink or a coffee to get to know eachother.
A date date is where the participants go out for a proper dinner and can dress all fancy 👗 🤵 ♂️

Daisy and Samuel went on a date date where they had some great food and an awesome time!

Daisy said it was the best date date she'd ever had because Samuel was just the most awesome guys she'd ever met in her life!
A date date usually end with a sleepover sleepover 😘

Anti-date

A social engagement with an ex-flame, preferably in a romantic, candle-lit setting, where you examine the relationship in excruciating detail and discuss in unflinching terms... because you just don't give af anymore.

After-effects may include confusion, panic and general sense of overwhelmingness. These may be due to lack of sleep, but more likely because anti-dates are considered a bad practice by the general population.

Waiter at fancy restaurant: "should we change the music? It looks like they're on an anti-date?"
