Razo is such a masturater, posting reviews about herself in the third person.

Masterater

A person who rates themselves with five star reviews on Google or Yelp using fake accounts, or using accounts of friends or famiky to rehabilitate their poor reputation.

There were so many reviews on Google that gave the Razo, the manager, 5- stars, that it had to be Razo, acting as a masterater to deceive the public.
