Frosty on the Tip

Level of drunken or highness that is achieved before being "fully torqued" or completely hammered. A synonym for buzzed. Can also be used to portray a level of semi-excitement. If one were to be somewhat looking forward to the weekend they could be described as being frosty on the tip for that particlar weekend.

Johnny: You sure you good to drive man?
Billy: Fucking right I just had a couple of beers, I'm just a lil frosty on the tip is all.
