Bully

A person (Usually older) who taunts another peer, usually in an aggressive way.
Bowl-Cut moms and kids under 11 like to believe these people will go to prison or never be successful in life no matter the circumstance, even though neither of these things are the case 90% of the time.

Bowl cut mom: "Don't worry Thomas, that bully will be working for you someday"
Thomas: "Nah, mom. He will never get a job anyway."

Bully

Someone who is better than most others, likely knows exactly WHY they are better, and has no issues with expressing that fact to said others.

Teddy was a bully of the highest caliber. Others knew and respected this because he never let them forget it. Someday Teddy will run this world.
