Eating spaghet on the pot is a cardinal sin in most countries and being accused on such is quite a claim, enough to make people very sad.
Most notably, it is used against female streamers when you join their chat. This will make them very upset and they will have a go at you for saying such things about them. It makes most people you say it to break down crying into rivers of tears as these words have just been uttered.

The phrase comes from the movie "Spartacus" in which the Romans intend to kill him. In order to save Spartacus, all of his followers claim they are Spartacus, each one shouting, "I am Spartacus!"
