Mooks or Spliff Bowls) is a tobacco and weed combo smoked out of a bong, chops are a piece of white culture and when mixed with dinner at Chili’s they become the peak of white culture. Chop’s at Chili’s started in a Chili’s parking lot in central New Hampshire and go best with a day of skiing or any sort of traditionally (but not exclusively) Caucasian activity done in the mountains. Post or pre hiking “Chops at Chili’s” are another classic take on the cultural classic.
