Fugly, which is clearly defined in the other definitions, is only the beginning of a group of words which can be used to describe things. Works with any number of words. Fugly, fretarded, etc. The point is, you can make them up, as long as the word works with an f in front of it.

"Dude, her ass is like no."
"Yeah, she's so fugly"
"Well, yeah, and she's fretarded."

1)Derogatory word considered offensive, rude or degrading, which is meant to give some cause for offense.
2)To insinuate that a person has a severe esthetic deficiency (that they are ugly).
Used as a way to swear at someone who understands the word, without an exterior person being able to understand. (e.g. kids in front of their parents)
Diminutive of: F*cking UGLY Bastard.

Fuggy Bugging

An event that requires a minimum of two people, a vehicle, and a shopping cart. While one person drives, person two hangs out of a passenger window and holds on to the grocery cart. At the passengers command, the driver turns opposite to the side opposite of the gocery cart and the cart is released slamming into whatever object is desired.

Hey man, fuggy bugging should totally be an olympic event.
