A girl that is in a relationship exclusively on the interent. This definition is based on the concept that the internet is a free zone like international waters.

Man: My wife caught me talking dirty to a girl online, but it wasn't cheating cause she's my cyber girlfriend.

1) Having an older family member - typically a parent - mortify, humiliate or make one uncomfortable through an online social media outlet that they have no business being on in the first place.
