To chapstick someone is to run your pre-nut covered tip on your friend’s lip while they’re asleep.
This is usually done at a sleepover and everyone will take turns chapsticking the person who has fallen asleep first.
The goal is to not wake them up so that they wake up with crusty lips, which will them lip their lips.
