Kebda index

Kebda means liver, liver sandwich is a famous food in middle eastern countries especially in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The word is used to determine the level and the pricing structure of a fast food joint similar to the big mac index

You someone who works as a restaurant or maybe your friends: “ how much does the liver/ Kebda cost?”. Based on their answer , you would gauge the prices of the remaining item.
Liver sandwich usually costs around 5-12 SAR in an average breakfast restaurant. It would work as an Index - which in this case Kebda index to see the prices of other items
