MAMS

acronym: middle-aged male syndrome

A phenomenon that occurs in men age 35-60. It is accompanied with signs such as helplessness, excruciating pain, being the sickest person ever, and a generalized feeling that no other person has ever felt this bad.

Closely related to the manflu.

My boyfriend has a serious case of MAMS, I’m not sure he’ll ever be okay again.
