A temporary state of mind between being locked in and locked out. Often doing some things right, although other things could be better.

James: How's it going bro?

Tyler: I'm half locked, failing all my classes, but my health has never been better.

Another way to describe someone stalling to get out of doing something or wasting time its also a form of ragebait and the word is primarly used by Da Butta Boiz since 2024

Danny - "Yo TJ let's go out today"
TJ - "Bet give me 10 minutes"
*10 Minutes*
TJ - "Nah gimme 20 more"
Danny - "Bro stop G-Locking lets go"
