The word "dog" seems too normal and the word makes my head hurt, so doggo.
"Doggo" has the same meaning as the word "dog" just a bit different.

Person 1: That doggo is drowning!!!
Person 2: Oh ok

Doggo tag is the game of going to a dog park wearing meat (preferably raw bacon) around a belt. The goal is to run across the whole park without getting touched by a dog.
