Mocking epiphet that relates to the generation-defining video of pedagogical visionary Jeff Bliss challenging the Western primary education status quo of assigning packets as educational work instead of actual instruction, thereby failing to inspire students to be motivated to learn the class content. Even though the packet or having one derisively denotes lazy character or methodology of the target, it is an ironic diversion where the no or negative conduit of the expression flips the meaning and connects it to the use of other broad derisive euphemisms like Ye's interview response "You ain't got the answers Sway" where Sway provides answers to questions on how success is built in entertainment but Ye defines these as not being answers because they are incorrect.
