These are people such as hard left feminists or social justice warriors that would use their powers of freedom of speech to shut down opinions they don't like. This violates the powers of freedom of speech of others and themselves because without freedom of speech, they do not have the power to shut down opinions they don't like. This is a mind spinning paradox that they themselves have yet to figure out.
