The name of the rat legend residing in Albany, NY. He is known to be one of the dirtiest known species on the face of the planet. Town legend says that the rat
spent the entire year of 2009 nibbling his way under the hudson river building himself an underground home. It is said to be up to 100 miles long and extremely scenic. Props goes out to Joey the Rat for being such a herby hancock in the Albany, NY area.

Joey the rat was said to be a rat that traveled from albany to latham NY to troy Ny in one day. He is very famous in the small town of Loudonville, NY
