Fox's Law

This law states that, in any given political debate, the likelihood that one participant will refer to another as unamerican increases as said participant runs out of valid arguments.

Named for Fox News.
Fox's Law in action:

Person A: "I disagree with the war in Iraq and would like our troops to come home."
Person B: "That's unamerican!"

Person C: "I think everyone should have access to affordable medical care."
Person D: "That's unamerican!"

Chapman's Law

A term that originated on Facebook, Chapman's Law states that as an online argument grows longer and more heated, it becomes increasingly likely that somebody will question if a photo of someone is displaying their cumface. When such an event occurs, the person guilty of invoking Chapman's Law has effectively forfieted the argument.
"What a mentalist. All that with her kid in her arms!!"

"That Daily Mail pic is probably her cumface."

"Ah, so it's time to invoke Chapman's Law, is it?"

Harvilla's Law

The longer an economic or political discussion or debate lasts, the probability of someone proclaiming "Taxes are theft" approaches one.
We were arguing about raising taxes for the millionaires, and Joe broke Harvilla's Law when he said taxes were theft and that he isn't going to let the government steal his hard earned money.

This law, a variation of Godwin's Law, was formulated on August 31, 2008. "As a political internet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Bush and/or 9/11 approaches one."
Person 1: Dude, who are you voting for?
Person 2: Obama man, McCain is too much like Bush... and we all know Bush was the mastermind behind 9/11.
