Goon Bubbler

A Goon Bubbler can refer to any person who "goon bubbles", the act of "goon bubbling" is being so aroused in any scenario where bubbles start popping out of your dick.

Most cases happen with people who haven't ever had any sexual or even romantic relationships. With a typical case the "goon bubble" session can last anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. With a continuous stream of bubbles erupting quite quickly from a penis.
